Warning to the Parents of Teenage Girls
Earlier this year, I came across the website for the Teen Girl Empowerment Program. The program was apparently being headed by one of Michael Guen’s senior students who has spent over $200,000 on her teacher for twenty-two years. As I went through the website, I felt incredible concern for the young teenage girls and their parents who are being lured into participating into this program. My biggest concern is that this program is being co-taught by Michael Guen, a man who has crossed over boundaries with his students over the years.
The women who are “instructors” for the Teen Empowerment Program have been influenced over the years to serve his interests only. I have no doubt in my mind that this new website is just another way for Michael Guen to profit immensely from the public, especially as the parents of the teen group are recruited into his destructive cult.
Don’t Let This Group Fool You
Your young teenage daughters are incredibly vulnerable and susceptible to this type of destructive influence. They are already being loaded with the cult language, as you can see from their testimonials on the website. This is the first step to indoctrinate them, getting their parents to continue to pay the high tuition fee of $200 for the series. Michael Guen is probably getting most of this money and not paying his instructors very much, as they are still considered “interns.” Back when I was still in the group, there was empty talk about us becoming teachers and making a lot of money through the central website.
I am writing to you, the parents of the young teens who may wish to join this “empowerment” program. Do not let this group fool you. Do not trust this man and his instructors. They will take advantage of you. You will pay money for your children to be abused. You have no idea what happens in this group because you are being requested to give your teenage daughters “space during class time.”
You will also see that the main instructor has the right and privilege to charge you extra money to supposedly learn about your daughters’ needs. And most of this money will probably go to Michael Guen. This is such a big deception for supposedly empowering women to become teachers. They claim empowerment for women, but exactly the opposite is happening; they are being made into willing followers of Michael Guen.
Another Hijacked Event
All of this has been in the works for years. Last year, the main “instructor” headed a forum for a movie series in local high schools. There was a screening of the documentary “Miss Representation” done in the local high school. She invited Michael Guen and one other older member of the group to be on the forum. Another younger woman, a senior in college, also joined the panel.
During the non-profit event, Michael Guen dominated the whole scene and hijacked the event for his own for-profit purposes. I could see many of the young teenagers squirming in their seats, not understanding the cult language that he was using freely during the long and tedious presentation. At the end of the forum, he put in a shameless plug for his women’s group. In effect, the talk was meant to recruit more women and their teens.
Word of Advice
You have the ability to protect your children and yourself and put an end to this. Do not get further involved with this group. I encourage you to think critically because these are your daughter’s lives. Don’t let the smile and the warm words of Michael Guen deceive you like it fooled me for many years.
